*Our awarded jams and preserves are made from organic fruit and wild fruit from our family farm in Euboea, Greece. The Wild Fig Jam, the Lemon & Apple Geranium, the Orange & Cinnamon and the Mandarin are available for tasting and for sale.

The Wild Thyme Honey is raw and ethically harvested in Mount Hymettus in Attica, Greece.

We love Pulses. At Gaia Pulses, we use organic Butter Beans and Lentils to cook traditional Greek recipes. Combining passed down knowledge with Organic locally sourced vegetables, Organic Olive Oil and Grape vinegar, pure Aegean-Sea salt and Mediterranean spices, to create hearty, nutritious and delicious food! By the way you will be pleased to know that all our stews are awarded with Great Taste Stars!

At Gaia Pulses we use mainly locally sourced organic vegetables, milk & eggs. We import  all the Organic Pulses & Seeds from Greece because they taste better than from anywhere else. We cook exclusively with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our family's Olive Grove in Euboea, Greece. We use pure Aegean Sea Salt because it contains more than 80 essential minerals. We use Organic Unpasteurised Vinegar for its antioxidant properties. Our Bacon is free-range from Downland Pigs and the Yogurt is from A2 cows that have names and live at the Hurdlebrook Farm in Somerset. Our Fish from Fin & Flounder on Broadway Market.
